I notoriously have a hard time with hobbies. I see and hear about every other person on earth with a hobby and something to look forward to dumping their time into after work, but I’ve had such a hard time with that in adulthood. It leaves me with a gross amount of free time that ends up falling into YouTube and Twitter.
Earlier this year my girlfriend and I tried painting tiny little square canvases, and while she pulled different things together from Pinterest, I naturally gravitated towards album covers.
I wanted to share my progress and hopefully it sparks something in someone reading this and they create something fun too. I’ve always hated hated hated painting (cuz I’ve always been so shit at it lol) but keeping it at this smaller scale into something I love has made it a lot more gratifying, challenging, and fun. Take a look!!!
Been a lotta fun pulling these together and I have many more blank canvases to fill up and hopefully one day I’ll have enough room to display everything properly.
