The Present and Future of GLASSES

Hey guys, it’s been a while since I’ve written a newsletter, and it’s not because I’ve been so crazy busy or anything (I wish I was way more busy than I actually am), but because my head hasn’t been in this space for a bit!

If I’m dead honest too, it’s because GLASSES doesn’t provide any income at the moment, so the incentive falls entirely on passion, which I do have loads of, but it only goes so far.

As far as reviews, I’m definitely going to be doing For All The Dogs by Drake when it drops in a couple weeks, as I want to have the music to provide more of a contextual bed for the album cover. I may still do GUTS by Olivia Rodrigo, but I’m not sure, it’s one of the weakest visual runs for a major in a long while. It’s easier and more fun to talk about something you love!

I’ve still been weirdly gaining subscribers in this time off, so to any new readers, I do see and appreciate you! GLASSES isn’t dead, it isn’t going anywhere as far as I’m concerned right now, the issues will just be a bit more spaced out.
